Packaging

Our products are dispatched in proper packaging with secure transportation service. If you notice that package was damaged or open, do not accept it and please contact us as soon as possible.


Shipments and fares

All parcels are are shipped by postal service with tracking number.
Postal Service Portugal:

  • 0,000 kg - 0,019 kg = 2,35 €
  • 0,020 kg - 0,049 kg = 2,50 €
  • 0,050 kg - 0,099 kg = 2,70 €
  • 0,100 kg - 0,299 kg = 3,45 €
  • 0,300 kg - 0,499 kg = 4,20 €
  • 0,500 kg - 1,999 kg = 5,90 €
  • 2,000 kg - 4,999 kg = 7,20 €
  • 5,000 kg - 9,999 kg = 9,50 €

Postal Service International:

  • 0,000 kg - 0,019 kg = 3,55 €
  • 0,020 kg - 0,049 kg = 3,95 €
  • 0,050 kg - 0,099 kg = 4,30 €
  • 0,100 kg - 0,249 kg = 5,55 €
  • 0,250 kg - 0,499 kg = 7,10 €
  • 0,500 kg - 0,999 kg = 10,50 €
  • 1,000 kg - 1,999 kg = 16,85 €
  • 2,000 kg - 4,999 kg = 32,10 €
  • 5,000 kg - 9,999 kg = 44,50 €


Cash on delivery (COD)

All parcels are are shipped by postal service with tracking number and the payment is done when you receive the package therefore, to the total sum of the order, is added a 2,00 € fee for the cash on delivery service.

Absence of the customer at the delivery address

If the customer is not available at the delivery address, a notice will be left so the goods may be picked up afterwards at the closest postal service department. You may do it until the limit date mentioned on the notice, if not, the goods will be returned to us. To pick up the goods, for security reasons, please take with you your identification card or empower someone else who will have to take its identification card as well.


Pick up at our facilities

All orders, even those for pick up at our facilities, must be placed on our online store. In case the customer wishes to pick up an order at our facilities in Algueirão - Mem Martins, can do so by choosing the Pick Up in Person option as the carrier.
Once the order is ready for pick up, the customer is contacted to pick it up.


Note: All orders are dispatched on the next working day. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery or any other situation such as: item out of stock, incomplete payment, routine or services optimizations, upon request products, etc.
